The role
As an Account Manager Partnerships & Affiliates at HelloFresh, youll play a key role in scaling our partnerships & affiliate channel in France. Youll be responsible for managing a diverse portfolio of direct partners & affiliate programs, driving performance-led campaigns, & fostering long-term, strategic relationships. In this high-impact role, youll collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, analytics, product, & brand teams across both local & global markets to ensure alignment & maximize impact.
What youll do
- Own the performance & retention of Frances direct partnerships & affiliate programs
- Drive initiatives to meet business goals & maximize ROI from optimizing discount/payout structures to creative strategy, to review of customer experience & campaign execution
- Act as the primary contact for strategic partners, developing long-term relationships & managing contract renewals or updates
- Use data to assess & enhance campaign performance, troubleshoot issues, & identify growth opportunities
- Create forecasts, track key metrics, & deliver performance insights & reporting
You have
- 4+ years of experience in affiliate marketing, account management, or digital marketing.
- Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, Finance, or a related field, providing a solid foundation in business strategy.
- Fluent in French & English
- Deep knowledge of the French affiliate landscape, including expertise in affiliate platforms (Impact, Kwanko, Awin) & tracking technologies.
- Experience with app affiliate marketing & analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Tableau) is a plus.
- Highly analytical & organized, with a proven ability to manage multiple priorities & work independently.
- Strategic thinker with strong communication & presentation skills.
- Data-driven decision maker, using performance metrics to influence strategies & solve problems effectively.
