We are looking for a Sample Coordinator to join our Merchandising team. 

The Sample Coordinator is the key point of contact on incoming & outgoing samples for all categories. In this role, the Sample Coordinator will work closely with members of the Merchandising, Sourcing, & Creative teams to ensure that their samples are tracked, received, & distributed & throughout the product life cycle.

As a Sample Coordinator, you will report to our Directors of Merchandising & be responsible for:

Management of samples including tracking, receiving, organizing, & distributing
Be the liaison between the product development & creative team to relay sample arrival dates & any changes to sample timing
Communicate any changes or updates to products & launch dates, working with the merchandising team
Manage internal tracking system for status of all samples, from order to delivery to final archiving
Maintain sample closet with all new & carry forward products, create a system to track all products available for each season
Field & mange requests for samples from business partners, manage check in/check out process 
Be the expert on all samples in the product line to assist stylists for photo shoots & the creative team for flat photography

You must have:
Bachelor's degree
Excellent communication & interpersonal skills
Incredible attention to detail
Strong organizational skills & ability to navigate competing requests from different business partners
Strong work ethic & bias for action
Excel skills preferred
