THE POSITION

FanDuel is looking for a Workspace Senior Manager that will take responsibility for & manage the workspace function across all of our US offices. The successful candidate will define & implement Workspace processes & procedures & to ensure best practices are implemented to meet the needs of a dynamic & fast paced organization.

THE GAME PLAN
Everyone on our team has a part to play

  • Ensure that the services provided by Workspace are suitable & deliver what the business needs to operate
  • Develop & implement workspace policies in line with the global workspace group, with the primary goal of simplifying the process
  • Assist the Procurement & Facilities Director with preparation & management of operating & capital expenditure budgets & monthly analysis of all expenditure
  • Manage the reporting process including internal & external audits
  • Support the Office Services team with specific facility related projects
  • Ensure staff understand strategy & ownership of tasks as delegated through effective communication
  • Responsible for timely response to issues/complaints and, as necessary, support managers in keeping the business updated of resolution & progress
  • Ensure delivery of Facility Management process, including preventative & reactive maintenance, life-cycle requirements & service level agreements
  • Implement & manages Health & Safety procedures working with the Global H&S team to deliver a healthy & safe working environment
  • Work with our Outsource Business Partners & key contractors to ensure that all services are delivered to the highest standards
  • Manage sub-contractors on cleaning, security, other soft services

THE STATS

What we're looking for in our next teammate  

  • 5+ years of experience in Facilities Management 
  • Experience managing a large corporate offices across different locations 
  • Work closely with the business to implement a positive service culture  
  • Effective communicator with the ability to influence team members 
  • OHSA Workspace qualification or IOSH or NEBOSH
  • Willingness to travel & flexibility to respond during non-traditional business hours
  • Experience with budget management, audit & compliance preferred
