Teads is looking for a talented Designer to join the Teads Studio team at Teads Brasil.

You will be designing & building premium advertising creatives for the biggest brands in the world, visible on world's largest publishers, as part of the Teads Global Media Platform.

To be successful, you will optimize local & regional Brands assets into eye-catching, thumb-stopping interactive ads visible on premium publishers, to provide engaging & better user experiences, notably on mobile.

Key Responsibilities

• Create compelling, immersive interactive video & display ads for our clients, based on briefs outlined by the client
• Generate original & exciting new ideas for new or ongoing projects.
• Creating custom solutions for client requirements.
• Design materials true to brand identity & style guidelines.
• Build prototypes & demos for new or existing products.
• Run projects from start to finish.
• Work closely with members of all departments, primarily Sales & Ad Operations, to gather project specs & deployment procedures.
• Innovate & deliver new solutions for our ad type portfolio.
• Report into the Design Lead.

Experience/Background/ 

• 5+ years of experience in Graphic Design, preferably for Digital Media
• Bachelors degree in Graphic/Digital Design
• Strong working knowledge of Adobe Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator in particular) 
• Clear & effective written & spoken communication skills;
• Fluent in English;
• Ability to work to tight deadlines, time management & communicate transparently with internal & external teams;
• Excellent problem solving & communication skills;

• Intermediate video editing capabilities (Adobe After Effects/Adobe Premiere)
