Were looking for a commercially driven & relationship-focused Advertising Account Manager to join our team in Berlin, supporting performance advertising clients across the DACH region. In this role, youll be onboarding new clients, managing a large book of advertisers, optimising campaign performance, & identifying opportunities to grow revenue. Youll act as a strategic consultant to your clients, helping them scale success on Taboolas platform, while working cross-functionally with internal teams to improve processes & product feedback
As an Advertising Account Manager in Berlin you are responsible for onboarding, setting the strategy & managing a book of business of advertisers in the DACH region. At this critical time, your goal is to ensure best in class customer service with an aim to maintain & grow the partnership with a strategic & commercial attitude.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Fluent, Native/Bilingual or at least professional German level skills are a must have for this role
- 2+ minimum years experience - client-facing in the digital media space
- Experience in Performance Marketing a plus
- Outstanding relationship management & customer service skills
- Exceptional communication skills
- Strong critical thinking skills
- Ability to effectively prioritize & manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Demonstrated ability to work & collaborate within a high-performing team against challenges quarterly revenue targets
How youll make an impact:
As an Advertising Account Manager, youll bring value by:
- Understand Taboola's platform capabilities & the value proposition for each advertiser.
- Build rapport, provide outstanding service & grow relationships with new advertisers.
- Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to best ensure advertiser success & retention.
- Clearly understand client objectives to intelligently identify opportunities & effectively upsell.
- Onboard new advertisers with attention to detail.
- Monitor & analyze metrics to proactively optimize & improve results.
- Help clients meet goals & scale on our platform, while strengthening customer trust & confidence in Taboola.
- Help identify & develop best practices by vertical, KPI, etc.
- Communicate clearly & collaborate well with cross functional teams.
Bonus points if you have:
- Experience working with both advertisers & agencies in the DACH region
- A background in affiliate marketing or performance advertising platforms
