Were looking for a curious, passionate, & compassionate Creative Director to lead & drive the creative vision for one of our largest clients. This role is super hands on & you will find yourself dipping into Figma to lead by example & set the creative standards for this loved client.
Design, craft & execution alongside a creative & conceptual mind are needed in this role. You will need to connect the dots across the eco-system & bring brand experiences to life whether social, website based, experiential or physical. Essentially, we need a die-hard designer/art director/creative with an ambition to elevate brands across every touchpoint.
A background in luxury or an understanding of premium experiences would be a real bonus as we are moving towards elevating the our clients portfolio to the next level. You will have a voice in our industry & be active in all things creative; from speaking at industry events, networking with design leaders, being a panelist for the next generation, judging awards & a speaker about trends in our industry. You have experience leading multiple clients & overseeing creative teams including Design, UX & Copy across this client.
A true collaborator, you are sought after for design expertise & your ability to provide meaningful guidance to your project teams, mentorship, growth & the development of your team will bring value for your clients business & to CM.
