About The Role:

SecurityScorecard is searching for a strategic & results-driven Field Marketing Manager to join our North American marketing team. This critical role reports to the Senior Manager, Field Marketing, & will work closely with the North American sales team, Channel Partners, Partner Marketing as well as PR & digital marketing teams to drive high-impact go-to-market (GTM) initiatives across direct & partner-led efforts.

This is a remote role based in the U.S., requiring occasional travel to key industry & regional events.

You Will Make An Impact By Being Responsible For:

  • Own & execute regional marketing programs including industry events, trade shows, executive roundtables, & virtual events that drive brand awareness & pipeline growth.
  • Develop & manage integrated regional marketing plans, leveraging content, digital marketing, PR, & partner co-marketing initiatives to create multi-touch engagement.
  • Ensure high ROI on events & campaigns by tracking key performance indicators (KPIs), analyzing data, & optimizing strategies based on insights.
  • Support sales teams by aligning marketing programs with regional pipeline goals, enabling sales teams with targeted messaging, & facilitating follow-up strategies.
  • Leverage Salesforce & other marketing tools (Marketo, Canva, Zuddl, etc.) to track lead progression, campaign performance, & attribution metrics for continuous improvement.
  • Actively collaborate with channel partners to execute joint marketing programs that drive partner engagement & channel pipeline acceleration.
  • Identify opportunities for localization & personalization to ensure that marketing efforts resonate with regional audiences & key accounts.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing and/or Business
  • 5+ years experience in marketing business-to-business software solutions
  • Enterprise security experience strongly preferred
  • Experience working with tools like Salesforce, Jira, ClickUp, Coupa, Canva, Zuddl, & any other marketing & project management tools

The estimated total compensation range for this position is $80,000 - $120,000 (base plus bonus). Actual compensation for the position is based on a variety of factors, including, but not limited to affordability, skills, qualifications & experience, & may vary from the range. In addition to base salary, employees may also be eligible for annual performance-based incentive compensation awards & equity, among other company benefits.
