The Palantir Launch: Spring Program is an insight program for students looking to accelerate their personal & technical growth in preparation for a successful, impactful career in tech. Across the course of one week, you'll get exposure to different aspects of Palantir's business & the skills needed to help us solve some of the world's hardest problems. You'll finish the program with a deeper understanding of how a tech company works, as well as your own technical capabilities & interests.

Through interactive workshops & hands-on sessions, you'll work collaboratively with your fellow Launchers on challenging, motivating problems; developing your skills, & broadening your perspective on the possibilities of engineering. You'll also find that our internal community is full of people who are excited to meet you, build community with you, & further your development. You'll have a breadth of opportunity to connect with individual Palantirians & our Affinity Groups.

The Palantir Launch: Spring Program is open to students graduating in 2026 who are pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree at a UK university. We especially encourage students from communities that are historically underrepresented in STEM to apply. This includes (but is not limited to) individuals from ethnic/racial minority groups, women, individuals with disabilities, & members of the LGBTQ+ community.

Program Dates: March 25 - 28

Every Launcher who completes the program will be invited to an accelerated interview process for a Palantir internship in 2025.
