About the role: Dig Inns Manager of Digital Growth serves as the expert on all online consumer touch points. Working cross-functionally among our internal teams & agency partners, youll develop strategies & tactics to increase traffic to our website & app, increase followership & engagement across our digital footprint, & drive brand-healthy revenue across our channels.

You will:

  • Work cross-functionally to build result-driven digital campaigns across our lines of business (Walk-in, Pickup, Catering & Delivery)
  • Develop & manage strategy & budget for all paid digital media with the goals of increasing awareness & driving profitable sales
  • Liaise with the People Team to develop & implement online strategies around recruitment
  • Manage our online footprint (website, app, email, social media, & review sites) to grow our followership & ensure that engaging & compelling content is updated on a regular basis.
  • Manage our customer CRM (e.g., Hubspot) & develop an email strategy that increases new email/contact acquisition, incorporates targeting & segmentation, & ultimately drives email as an impactful business channel
  • Design tactics to grow the number of online orders on diginn.com & the Dig Inn app. Provide input to tech on product enhancements that help achieve these goals (analytics, UX, marketing tools, etc.)
  • Collaborate with the tech & creative teams to redesign diginn.com website elements (e.g. homepage) in such a way that enhances functionality & brand storytelling
  • Work with our creative team to build engagement with our various owned audiences (email, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter, push notifications)
  • Oversee the development & advancement of Dig Inns loyalty & rewards program
  • Manage our offers platform (LevelUp) & actively develop compelling campaigns & offers to re-engage lost users & increase audience order frequency
  • Regularly update KPIs & dashboards demonstrating our performance; analyze results & provide learnings & recommendations on how to improve the performance of new campaigns & concepts
  • Serve as the expert on our third party digital platforms, tools, & partnerships; stay on the pulse of which tactics & tools are new & emerging to improve our online presence
  • Actively seek out tools that increase our capabilities including social listening, audience data, push notifications, & web/app analytics
  • Leverage available follower & purchaser data to deeply understand our consumers & inform the business teams of potential opportunities. Work with the tech team to develop a roadmap & build strategies for collecting consumer information that informs decision making

You have:

  • About 5 years of digital experience in a marketing, analyst, or consulting capacity
  • Direct, hands-on experience developing, planning, launching, & analyzing digital campaigns
  • A proven track record solving problems in innovative ways
  • The digital marketers toolbox:
    • Experience managing multi-channel digital campaigns, & owning a campaign from start to finish (conceptualization, design, execution, analysis)
    • Understanding of when, where, & how to effectively use owned, earned, & paid media
    • Ability to develop performance marketing dashboards & communicate the implications clearly & concisely
    • Hands-on experience with Google Analytics, CRM Software, Google Apps, & Excel
    • Deep understanding of digital UX & ecommerce conversion funnels; experience setting up & analyzing A/B tests & landing pages
    • Experience creating & managing paid media campaigns on Google AdWords & Facebook Ads Manager
  • Excellent project management & prioritization skills with attention to detail
  • Commitment to continuously analyzing, iterating & improving performance
  • Have a strong interest in growth marketing & customer acquisition concepts
