The GWC Curriculum Team is searching for a highly organized, detail-oriented Summer Immersion Program Teacher Logistics Coordinator to help us provide a high quality onboarding & training experience for our Summer Immersion Program teaching staff. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating training logistics for our in-person teacher trainings, create accounts for key systems & track onboarding of teaching staff to these systems, sending email communications to hired staff & responding to teaching team inbound or follow up on onboarding tasks. In this role you will provide critical support to our teaching team, helping to ensure girls in our Summer Immersion Program have a transformative experience. You will report to the Director of Curriculum & will work in close partnership with the Curriculum & Instruction Manager, Program Operations, & People & Culture teams. This is a part-time position working on average 20 to 25 hours per week.
