Job Summary

The Sales Operations Manager will work closely with the SVP Revenue & be an integral member of the Global Sales  team. This is an individual contributor role with an opportunity to buildout our Sales Operations function. In the future, help build the team as the company grows. You will be responsible for developing & aligning sales operations in support of the retail & brand client sales & business development, merchandise services & client service teams for CommerceHub.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Developing & maintaining weekly & monthly Sales reporting
  • Optimizing & supporting the sales process by introducing best practices to manage, report, & track goals, ops review reporting & consolidation & budgeting
  • Provide leadership best practices to manage key projects & deliverables
  • Help manage the redevelopment, deployment, training & optimization of Salesforce for Global Sales Team & manage business requirements & priorities Develop & deploy client account plans, cross sell & reporting process
  • Manage resources, projects & develop best practices in conjunction with Professional Services, Operations, Finance to support a corporate business intelligence system
  • Work with SVP & management team to define Global sales strategy & business goals Support market segmentation & analysis to formulate & refine client targeting & territory planning
  • Collaborate with product marketing team to align strategy, segmentation & go-to-market tactics to align with sales activities

Job Requirements

To be successful in this role, you should possess the following key skills:

  • Prior management experience, & a demonstrated ability to lead by example & building positive & collaborative working relationships to influence business decisions
  • 5+ years of experience in a Sales Operations or Revenue Operations role in a SaaS company
  • Experience with Salesforce (admin experience is a bonus)
  • Proficient in data & business intelligence tools like Excel, Power BI, Tableu, & Lookr
  • Strong analytical & problem-solving skills with the ability to synthesize & analyze data to develop recommendations & strategy
  • Excellent project management skills & the ability to drive multiple work streams & priorities
  • Exceptional verbal & written communication skills
