As an Advertising Account Manager (Agency) in Berlin you are responsible for on-boarding, setting the strategy & managing all new enterprise advertisers coming through Big6 media agencies. At this critical time, your goal is to ensure best in class customer service with an aim to maintain & grow the partnership with a strategic & commercial attitude.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• Fluent, Native/Bilingual or at least professional German level skills are a must have for this role
• 3+ years experience - client & agency facing in the digital media space
• Experience in Performance Marketing a plus
• Outstanding relationship management & customer service skills
• Exceptional communication skills
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize & manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work & collaborate within a high-performing team against challenges quarterly revenue targets

As an Advertising Account Manager (Agency), youll bring value by:

• Understand Taboola's platform capabilities & the value proposition for each advertiser.
• Build rapport, provide outstanding service & grow relationships with new agency partners.
• Hands-on mentality when it comes to campaigns set ups, reportings, invoicing topics with agency partners
• Work closely with the sales team to develop strategies to best ensure advertiser success & retention.
• Work closely & results driven with the Taboola Ad Ops team 
• Clearly understand client objectives to intelligently identify opportunities & effectively upsell.
• Monitor & analyze metrics to proactively optimize & improve results.
• Help agency partners meet goals & scale on our platform, while strengthening customer trust & confidence in Taboola.
• Help identify & develop best practices by vertical, KPI, etc.
• Communicate clearly & collaborate well with cross functional teams.
