We're seeking an International Sales Manager to join our Sales Team.

This role will drive net new leads & market expansion for CHG across the UK & Europe. Also, create, convert, & scale new strategic corporate revenue streams by building a deep portfolio of direct clients, developing material commercial insight on audiences + sectors, & opening up new monetisable use cases across the CHG portfolio.

What Youll Do: 

  • Build, own, & grow a defined list of corporate & association targets across UK + European organisations.
  • Develop strong senior relationships directly with end clients, ensuring a deep understanding of their broader event spend + mix, brand, & business objectives.
  • Develop an aggregated insight of the audiences that matter most to CHG profile, seniority, buyer type, & influence types. Map this against CHGs existing business base to identify net new addressable opportunities.
  • Identify priority target sectors & industries for expansion & develop credible pan-European sector expertise. Actively contribute to CHG positioning & external thought leadership within those verticals.
  • Identify new revenue models & new use cases leveraging CHGs property portfolio beyond classic daytime conferences (including off-peak events + hospitality).
  • Work closely with London CVB & wider business tourism & destination stakeholders to collaborate on relevant sales initiatives, campaigns & missions targeting key strategic markets + buyer groups.
  • When relevant, partner with core agencies (PCOs, DMCs) & the CHG sales team to maximise commercial value, protect continuity & unlock additional scale.
  • Operate as a lead generator, not a standalone closer. All qualified demand, briefs, leads, & RFPs generated by this role are handed to the relevant seller. This role remains involved for senior influence, strategic steer, & relationship continuity, but commercial conversion is executed through the core sales team.

  • Proven international new business/hunter capability, with a strong track record of originating & developing high-value commercial opportunities.
  • Highly capable strategic, consultative sales approach. Able to diagnose client needs, shape solution thinking, & create differentiated commercial propositions.
  • Able to develop & articulate compelling value narratives at the senior / C-suite level.
  • Comfortable operating pan-European across multiple sectors & multiple buyer types, navigating complex stakeholder environments.
  • Able to connect brand, audience, & commercial outcome value, not just sell physical event space.
