Houzz is looking for an Implementation Specialist who will play a role in delivering a seamless onboarding experience for our Custom pros by managing the migration of data from their existing systems into our platform. You'll work closely with customers post-sale & prior to the initial onboarding meeting  to understand their business needs, gather & assess their data, & ensure it is cleaned, formatted, & imported into Houzz Pro. Your day-to-day will involve collaborating across teams, facilitating consultations, & acting as a trusted partner to help our pros hit the ground running. You'll be working to migrate various types of data, such as leads, clients, vendors, cost codes, & estimates, ensuring everything fits within the structure of our system.

You should have a base understanding with data in spreadsheets (Google, Excel, etc) while also being comfortable speaking directly with customers. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, fast-moving, & self-sufficient. Able to juggle multiple migration projects simultaneously without sacrificing quality.
