The role

We are looking for a Supply Planner to strengthen our Supply Chain Operations team. Every week, the team purchases all the ingredients for our HelloFresh boxes & manages supplier performance & quality. As a Supply Chain Planner, you will independently manage our ordering process: delivery scheduling, shortage management, supplier performance improvement, & more.

Reducing food waste, OTIFIQ (On Time, In Full, In Quality), & error rates are your key daily performance indicators!

What youll do

• Manage purchase orders for our European supplier portfolio (Conventional Cluster)  , ensuring all ingredients are delivered on time & in the right quality.
• Act as the main point of contact with suppliers & production for all operational matters.
• Build & develop long-term relationships with suppliers.
• Implement processes to optimize our supply chain.

What youll bring

• Masters degree (Bac +5)
• 12 years of relevant experience
• Quick learner, adaptable, & solution-oriented
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, & rigorous
• Proactive, with the ability to react quickly to unexpected challenges
• Strong proficiency in Excel
• Fluent in French & English, both spoken & written
