We are seeking a highly organized & proactive Paralegal to join our Corporate Secretary team. In this critical role, you will provide comprehensive legal & administrative support to the Corporate Secretary's office, assisting with corporate governance, board & shareholder matters, compliance, & regulatory filings. The ideal candidate will have experience in corporate law, governance matters, & an understanding of the duties & responsibilities of a Corporate Secretary's office in public company environment.
