Overview

Acquia is seeking a strategic & results-driven Partner Marketing Manager to spearhead partner marketing efforts in the Americas region. This role is pivotal in developing & executing strategies to drive pipeline growth, amplify brand visibility, & fortify relationships with channel partners. Working closely with sales, field marketing, cross-functional teams, & executive leadership, the Partner Marketing Manager will ensure alignment with business objectives while maximizing the impact of partner initiatives.

Acquia has an expanding marketplace of partners & partner solutions that require the right individual to positively impact the next wave of Acquias growth. The Partner Marketing Manager will have a direct impact on a partners entire experience & journey with Acquia from recruitment, engagement & enablement. Areas of focus will include communications & brand activations, strategic partner planning, alignment to Acquia's long-term goals, all the while fostering a positive, performance-based culture that showcases a partners many contributions.  

Areas of Focus:

  • Agile communication strategies & marketing playbooks that excite Partners with Acquias product, market, & community dynamics.
  • Engagement across a partners entire journey with Acquia, inspiring them to maximize their contributions to deal referrals, pipeline creation, & Acquias brand.
  • Annual & quarterly planning with strategic partners that align & scale Acquia's long-term strategic objectives.
  • Operationalized marketing drivers using systems & partner data to engage a large, growing & diverse channel at scale.
  • Maintain a performance-based culture that showcases a partners holistic contributions to Acquia & our shared customer success.

Job Requirements:

  • Develop & execute comprehensive partner marketing strategies & plans aligned with sales objectives & overall business goals in the Americas region.
  • Collaborate with select channel partners to create co-marketing programs, campaigns, & initiatives that drive demand generation & accelerate pipeline growth.
  • Optimize & operationalize the entire partner journey with market & campaign readiness programs in order to drive effective brand & growth strategies for partners at every stage of maturity.
  • Support partner recruitment programs by aligning ideal partner profiles & targets to existing demand creation programs.
  • Drive partner engagement through 1:many digital programs & utilize self-service tools like the Acquia Partner Portal (Powered by AllBound) & the Acquia Partner Help Desk.
  • Support partner enablement efforts & cross-functional collaboration with the partner enablement & operations teams & all of marketing.
  • Act as the primary liaison between Acquia & channel partners, providing guidance, support, & resources to ensure successful execution of joint marketing activities.
  • Drive partner enablement efforts, including the development of marketing collateral, training materials, & other resources to empower partners to effectively market Acquia solutions.
  • Utilize data & analytics to track the performance of partner marketing programs, measure ROI, & optimize strategies for maximum impact.
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key partners, fostering a collaborative & mutually beneficial partnership ecosystem.
  • Stay informed of industry trends, competitor activities, & market dynamics to identify new opportunities for partnership growth & expansion.

What youll need to be successful:

  • Bachelors degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field; advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in partner marketing or channel marketing roles, preferably in the technology or software industry.
  • Proven track record of success in developing & executing partner marketing strategies that drive pipeline growth & revenue.
  • Strong understanding of channel partner dynamics & experience working with a diverse partner ecosystem including VAR, ISV & Reseller partnerships
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, & relationship-building skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Proficiency in leveraging data & analytics to inform decision-making & measure performance.
  • Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively & identify opportunities for partnership growth & expansion.
  • Willingness to travel as needed.
