As a Technical Sourcer, you'll support that work. You'll partner with Talent Strategists & Hiring Managers to build the pipelines & manage the process for some of our hardest-to-fill roles. The job is equal parts research, relationship-building, & attunement - figuring out where the right people are, what's going to resonate with them, & how to get them in the door.

This is a 12-month fixed term contract role. It moves fast, the priorities shift, & the standard is high. You will start with two weeks of onboarding before jumping into the deep end.
