About The Team:
The Quality Control Manager sits within our Operational Excellence team & is responsible for driving a culture of excellence & continuous improvement throughout HelloFresh's operation. They will be reporting to our Head of OpEx & will have 2 direct reports below them. Responsible for the detection & correction of pick & pack defects, this is a data-driven team that exemplifies the HelloFresh attitude of an egoless environment & learning never stops!
What You Will Be Doing:
- The Quality Control Manager will engage & develop colleagues to meet their full potential to then allow the teams to achieve optimum performance
- Lead the site Quality team, taking accountability for their performance & development to exemplify the teams values
- Maintain up-to-date & accurate records (including computerised/digital) of internal & external quality data, analysing this data to identify trends, problems, & opportunities for improvement
- Monitor & evaluate the operational processes & identify potential areas of improvement to ensure consistent quality
- Conduct regular inspections & audits to identify any quality or safety issues & collaborate cross-functionally to implement corrective & preventative measures to improve quality
- Educate & lead employees on quality control procedures, promote a culture of quality throughout the organisation
- Support in the design, development, & implementation of the HelloFresh Operational Excellence System
- Undertaking & lead problem solving activities to drive continuous improvement
- Develop & implement comprehensive quality management systems & processes to ensure compliance to standard operating procedures & site KPI targets.
Who You Are:
- Clear experience of continuous improvement in FMCG or Food Manufacturing environment
- Six Sigma Green Belt Qualification
- Experience in conducting inspections & audits
- Confident in coaching continuous improvement tools & systems
- A natural leader able to influence & motivate at all levels

Location: HelloFresh, Unit 2 Plot 8, Smart Parc, DE21 7HW
Shifts: Monday - Friday 8am-5pm office based every day
