The role
You will lead a team of creatives, develop photo-first creative concepts & contribute in a conceptual & creative capacity to marketing & advertising campaigns & initiatives across all of our brands. Working in a multi-brand organization, you will leverage your expertise in concept development & visual execution to develop a creative vision for production teams to execute on. At the same time, you will ensure the consistency & quality of our photography through the development & refinement of guardrails & style guides for internal & external photo production.

What youll do
- Lead & inspire a team of creatives within the HelloFresh Studio on a daily basis
- Working as part of our Creative Leadership, while guiding your team on creative projects
- Collaborate with Studio Leadership & Producers on large marketing & lifestyle productions
- Deliver impactful creative concepts & turn that vision into reality in collaboration with our Photography, Styling & Post-production teams
- Manage relationships with stakeholders across all of our international markets & in the global organization
- Meet multiple ambitious deadlines, while relentlessly prioritizing creative projects & coordinating with multiple stakeholders
- Maintain a culture of creativity & efficiency, always supporting & mentoring your team & enabling their development
- Improve processes & workflows in collaboration with Studio Leadership
- Scale creative guidance & processes on large volumes of asset production, matching a constantly evolving business & its need
- Champion & drive continuous creative improvement efforts within the Studio team
What youll bring
- You are a seasoned professional with 7+ years of experience, ideally part of that in full-service creative agencies, & have at least 2 years of experience managing teams
- You are experienced in international organizations & working on-set with photo production teams
- You have a solid background in concept development & graphic design. Providing a portfolio is mandatory
- You have a deep understanding of digital marketing
- You are decisive, assertive but empathetic
- You are experienced in bridging the gap between marketing strategy & creative execution, translating business goals into impactful creative solutions
- Strong interpersonal skills & ability to influence & motivate people at all levels across a broad variety of job functions
- You have a keen eye for detail & are thorough with administrative tasks
- You have strong communication skills, especially both spoken & written English
- You are an expert user of Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator. Other tools are a plus
