As a Marketing Science Senior Analyst, you'll be sleuthing through piles of data to uncover valuable insights that inform our strategies & drive our digital customer experiences to success. You'll be the master of metrics, turning numbers into narratives that guide our clients & customers on their digital journeys. If you're a data wizard with a knack for storytelling & a passion for all things digital, this role is for you!

You bring 3 to 5 years of experience, leading marketing science deliverables across a broad range of initiatives including measurement & strategy, tracking implementation, reporting & visualization, testing & evaluation, data integration, & statistical modeling. You have experience using data analytics to recommend solutions to improve digital marketing performance, enjoy collaborating with others, & are capable of directly communicating business insights to clients through logical, easy to understand stories.

You will:

  • Lead the ideation, development, & execution of measurement strategies & frameworks to track website & app performance
  • Dive deep into digital data oceans, analyzing website traffic, user behavior, & campaign performance with the finesse of a seasoned detective.
  • Use analytics tools like Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics to create interactive & compelling dashboards & reports that provide clients actionable insights.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure that data is integrated effectively into campaigns & strategies.
  • Conduct A/B tests & other experiments to identify opportunities for improvement
  • Collaborate with our creative & strategy teams to uncover hidden gems in the data, turning insights into actionable recommendations that fuel our clients' success.
  • Present your findings with flair, transforming complex data sets into compelling stories that captivate clients & colleagues alike.
  • Develop & implement advanced statistical models & machine learning algorithms to solve business problems & optimize processes.
  • Focus on developing expertise in app measurement & strategy, involving the analysis of app-related data to uncover insights, optimize performance, & drive strategic decisions.
  • Be responsible for devising strategies to enhance the user experience, improve app functionality, & analyze in-app survey results using NLP (natural language processing) & AI tools.
  • Create & maintain data pipelines & visualizations using tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Challenge the status quo, looking for ways to continuously improve.
  • Mentor & support junior team members including Analysts & Associate Analysts.
  • Work with AI tools to automate analysis & reporting.

You have:

  • A Bachelor's or Masters degree in a relevant field (Statistics, Mathematics, Computer Science, or Business).
  • 3-5 years of experience in digital analytics, with a proven track record of unraveling data mysteries & driving actionable insights.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI. Tableau experience a plus.
  • Expertise in web analytics platforms such as Adobe Analytics & Google Analytics, because knowing your bounce rate from your conversion rate is kind of a big deal. Adobe Analytics experience is a plus.
  • Experience with tag management platforms (GTM, Adobe Launch, Tealium, etc.,) & one or more testing platforms (Optimizely, Adobe Target, etc.).
  • Strong analytical skills paired with a creative mindset, because crunching numbers is cool, but turning them into stories is even cooler.

  • Expertise in with at least two of the following: data architecture (ETL/data integration), automated data ingestion + reporting, data science & statistical programming, testing & personalization, data visualization, analytics tool implementation.
  • Experience with Python, R, SQL, or other business-relevant statistical programming language.
  • Experience working within AWS infrastructure (Redshift, S3.) & Google Cloud Platform (GCP)
