In this role, you will take on a key responsibility in managing employee data, including contract administration, benefit data administration, & archiving personnel documents in Workday, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success & enhance customer satisfaction.

What youll do
- Facilitate employment life cycle data management & changes such as but not limited to onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration & profile creation, job detail changes/ movements, competency/training requirements, off boarding etc.
- Facilitate time registration, & travel & bill expenses administration
- Leave administration & other relevant employees benefit data administration in the system
- Responsible for document management related to courses, performance management, training into the systems, including issuance of employment certificates & other relevant documents
- Maintain & update competence file & support in electronic filing system structure
- Maintains HR master data & movement data in the system, ensuring a high degree of data quality
- Administrating digital applications such as DocuSign & other relevant document management
- Ensures document archiving of all personnel-related documents in the HR system
- Ensure continuous alignment & improvement of HR processes & practices across the organization
- Participate in activities related to tasks such as training, audit, & creation & review of Standard Operating Procedure, when applicable
- Keeps the data updated in Workday & corrects whenever applicable data if needed
- Ensures data accuracy & correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities
- Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time
What youll bring
- With a Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or related field
- With at least two (2) years of solid & comprehensive experience in the same capacity
- Has experience & knowledge of HR processes, systems, & tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle
- Has proven skills in managing, understanding, & executing of ERP systems & tools, database functionality, & reporting
- Proficient in employee data process management
- Knowledge & working experience in Workday are an advantage
- Has experience in Microsoft Office tools
- Experience working in a multicultural & shared services environment
- Has willingness & ability to proactively collaborate & communicate within the team & with stakeholders
- Ability to resolve conflict with integrity & demonstrate a high degree of confidentiality & negotiation skills within the scope
- Analytical & able to translate & communicate statistical data into action
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team
- Structured, accurate, systematic, & committed to delivering within deadlines
- Ability to take initiative make sound judgments & recommend decisions
- Result-oriented mindset
- Has good oral & written communication skills
