Key Account Managers ensure the success of Quantcast's top, key clients, delivering best in class advertising solutions & customer support in order to exceed expectations of retaining & growing the business. You will cultivate deep partnerships with top client stakeholders & manage both external client strategy & communications as well as influence internal teams throughout the organization.
As a Key Account Manager, you are responsible for scaling existing accounts & consulting with senior stakeholders to understand & uncover their business needs & how Quantcast's products can grow their business. This role liaises with Engineering & Product teams to deliver client feedback that contributes to product development at Quantcast.
Finally, you'll take full ownership for longer term strategy against both internal goals & external client business, & are accountable for customer insights, strategy & recommendations that lead to significant scaling opportunities & upselling of new products & services.
