About the Role

As the Senior Financial Analyst for Product & Marketing, you will work directly with our product management & marketing organizations to address some of the largest opportunities facing the organization today. You will be a key partner for the annual budget, quarterly forecasts, opportunity sizing & regular reviews of financial & KPI results. You will need strong analytical & system skills in this role. You have the ability to understand the Companys financial & operational models, as well as its strategic goals, while also being very detail oriented.

• Build strong partnerships with marketing & product organizations to gather inputs for financial opportunity sizing
• Build & maintain new models to size financial opportunities related to strategic initiatives as a key input into enterprise annual budgeting process & ongoing project management office  
• Manage & track key KPIs & financial performance against expectations
• Evolve tools, enhance existing reporting, & improve business processes in partnership with Finance & the business
• Analyze variances to plan & forecast, providing insight on current & expected trends, & identifying areas of risk & opportunities
• Prepare monthly business review presentations that recap results vs. forecast & prior year for leadership reviews
• Conduct ad-hoc analysis & scenario modeling at the request of leadership & business partners to aid in decision-making
• Identify & quantify risk or upside in business outcomes to offer solutions & aid in decision-making

• You have a Bachelors degree & 2 to 4 years of financial analysis, accounting, banking, consulting or similar experience.
• You have advanced spreadsheet skills, including financial modeling & have experience creating effective presentation slide decks
• You possess strong analytical, troubleshooting, problem-solving & project management skills
• Youre able to identify opportunities for business improvement & take initiative to drive necessary changes
• You have exceptional communication skills with proven success collaborating cross-functionally
• You work well in a demanding, fast-paced environment & can manage multiple priorities
• Youre highly self-motivated, you have a stellar work ethic & youre looking for the right company to support your growth potential
• You have experience with Anaplan, Essbase, Looker and/or similar planning & reporting tools
• Remote Work Mode: This position is primarily remote; however, the ideal candidate will be based on the West Coast, with the ability to attend occasional in-person meetings or collaboration opportunities as needed.
