We are looking for a Workday Implementation Manager for our ambitious, fast growing team in Amsterdam. Working in the People Team, you take a leading role in the launch & go live of our new HR system, Workday.

The successful candidate will have a strong skill set in project management, stakeholder engagement, project execution & troubleshooting. You will report into the Teamlead HR & Payroll, based in Amsterdam.

This is how youll make an impact

  • Collaborate & align with the Global project team leading the roll out & be responsible for coordinating the launch of Workday across the Benelux.
  • Ensure the timeline stays on track, working with internal & external stakeholders.
  • Lead & ensure a seamless transition for our payroll & various HR systems, including delivering robust testing, risk assessment, fail over planning & issue management during go-live.
  • Work closely with internal communications, you will refine the communications plan, working to adapt & improve the global framework for local engagement.
  • Work closely with our People team, you will support the training of our internal People team & upskilling managers on the new system.
  • Translate strategy into tangible & realistic plans & ensure a fast & effective implementation.
  • You will support the go live & troubleshooting any issues.

These are the ingredients youll bring to the team

  • Experience with Workday is a must have requirement, as well as managing system implementations & integrations.
  • Experienced project manager (minimum of 3 years) & able to coordinate various stakeholders.
  • Be IT savvy, & work experience with Google Suite, specifically sheets & slides.
  • Be able to take on ownership & act autonomously, but work effectively with the entire People team leveraging your collaborative strengths.
  • Strong experience in planning, developing,  implementing & communicating projects from start to finish
  • Strong analytical skills & the ability to deliver hands-on & pragmatic solutions in a constantly changing environment.
  • Have strong organizational skills, be able to handle multiple tasks & projects at once.
  • Be Fluent in English.
  • Experience in HR is a nice to have, as you will collaborate closely the People team
