Compensation: $145,000-$165,000 base salary, based on qualifications & experience.

The Role

Were looking for a highly motivated Senior Product Marketer with a background in digital & SaaS to help bring new products & features to market for both new & existing customers. Youll also be responsible for driving engagement & adoption of our core product features & key user journey moments. 

You will be expected to communicate with confidence & authority, operate autonomously, & work across departments. Were looking for a star individual contributor whos capable of simultaneously maintaining multiple projects & building solid relationships across the organization in a fast-paced working environment.

Key Responsibilities

  • Kick-off & manage go-to-market strategies for new features across our product portfolio.
  • Build, monitor, & optimize omni-channel marketing campaigns that boost product activation & adoption. (email, in-app, & customer collateral) 
  • Work closely with our demand generation & content teams to drive the messaging & positioning for product & feature launch campaigns. 
  • Ensure the rest of the marketing team has a clear understanding of new & existing features, & that the internal documentation is up-to-date.
  • Maintain solid relationships with key cross-functional teams including Product, Engineering, Marketing, Sales, Partnerships, & Customer Experience departments
  • Become an expert in the needs & aspirations of our business users & target personas: marketers & designers. 
  • Work with our Enablement team to facilitate workshops that help our GTM teams perform better.
  • Support the Director of Product Marketing in crafting the value proposition for new features & products.

Practical stuff we anticipate you having

  • 5-7 years of product marketing experience at a SaaS company
  • Experience working in a remote environment
  • Ability to project manage various initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to translate technical details for a relatively non-technical audience
  • Must be able to work both independently & as part of a team.

  • You have a knack for building strong partnerships with sales & other GTM teams, & can influence decisions throughout the sales funnel. 
  • You have the confidence & technical skills to work effectively with product teams & help inform roadmap decisions by bringing feedback from GTM teams & customer research. 
  • You are solution-oriented & get energized by tackling hard-to-solve problems. 
  • You are constantly thinking up new & inventive ways to reach buyers, drive growth, & help sellers sell better. 

Tools we use, that wed want you to use:

  • Experience working with Analytics tools like Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Pendo, or similar software
  • Experience working with in-app notification tools like Pendo, Appcues, Beamer, or similar would be useful!
  • Experience working with Hubspot or similar CRMs is a plus

Experience working with Ceros Studio and/or MarkUp is a big plus!
