The UX Designer is responsible for the execution of UX deliverables. The UX Designer goal is to find UX opportunities & propose solutions that will contribute to the success of our clients digital products. The UX Designer works passionately having in mind the customer & our clients' goals. The primary responsibilities of the UX Designer include understanding customers & clients business, executing design-thinking exercises, architecting information, providing solution proposals, applying basic visual design practices, & preparing the proper handoff to developers. The UX Designer works integrated into a larger team & is capable of handling complex user experience deliverables efficiently under supervision from either a Senior UX Designer or a UX Lead, but also has proven ability to handle user experience projects independently.


You will:

  • Works collaboratively with clients, business partners, industry experts & the development team to achieve the business goals.
  • Conducts discovery sessions & exercises with business stakeholders & partners in order to understand the business, the product/app background, limitations & the ecosystem surrounding the product or application with a senior or leads direction & oversight. Some of the tasks & deliverables include (but are not limited to): project kick-off meetings, stakeholder interviews, stakeholder workshops/design-thinking workshops, debriefing, requirement-gathering, content inventory, compliance & legal requirements gathering, tech requirements gathering & competitor analysis.
  • Carries out complex research & test user experience & user behavior to determine their needs, feelings, desires & pain points with a senior or leads direction & oversight. Some of the tasks & deliverables include (but are not limited to): user testing, A/B testing, shadowing, interviews, data analysis, measure product performance, psychographics analysis, observational research, heuristic analysis, card sorting & empathy maps.
  • Structures user research insights using design-thinking exercises with a senior or leads direction & oversight. Some of the tasks & deliverables include (but are not limited to): personas, user journey, & storyboards.
  • Proposes strategies with a senior or leads direction & oversight to achieve business opportunities. Some of the tasks & deliverables include (but are not limited to): UX strategy, KPI setup, user stories, content audit, content strategy & time estimates.
  • Designs under supervision complex & innovative information structure hierarchy based on UX strategy. Some of the tasks & deliverables include (but are not limited to): sitemap & user flows.
  • Sketches out & come up with complex variety solutions with a senior or leads direction & oversight. The UX Designer can design variety solutions for a given problem & enhance these solutions over time with nimble learning & experience. Some of the tasks & deliverables include (but are not limited to): mood boards, sketching, wireframing, basics of visual design, prototyping, basics of style guide design.
  • Prepares handoff for the development team. Some of the tasks & deliverables include (but are not limited to): design comps, design assets, redlines & UX documentation.
  • Applies usability best practices.
  • Applies accessibility best practices.
  • Applies in their solutions their basic knowledge of development practices.
  • Helps build team culture with drive, collaboration, transparency & inspiring spirit.

You have:

  • 2+ yrs. experience in UX agencies, digital agencies, design agencies, and/or startups.
  • Experience on UX/UI projects for international clients & global brands.
  • A UX Designer must be current with the latest design & prototyping tools used in their area. These tools include (but are not limited to): Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Photoshop & Principle.
  • Understanding of design principles, trends, & systems.
  • Understanding of visual design.
  • Understanding of digital marketing, online advertising, & business strategy concepts.
  • Basic understanding of interactivity, animation principles & best practices its preferred.
