UK Venues Diary Manager, London 

You know how every group of friends has that one personthe planner, the organiser, the one who makes everything fit & keeps things running smoothly? Were looking for that person to join our global team & help us make the most of every moment (and every meeting room).

As our Venues Diary Manager, youll be the strategic brain behind our venue schedulesensuring our spaces are booked smartly, efficiently, & in line with commercial goals. Think of it as strategic Tetris, but with high-impact events & world-class venues. Youll work closely with our Regional Revenue Manager, bringing sharp planning, smart optimisation, & a passion for continuous improvement to the table.

The Day Job:

  • Fully own calendar management for a portfolio of dynamic venues in Central London by identifying & capitalising on opportunities to maximise space utilisation
  • Optimise booking windows to ensure revenue maximisation per property
  • Pinpoint strategic space upgrade opportunities
  • Collaborate with the Sales team to convert enquiries into bookings, optimising yield & meeting financial targets
  • Uphold data integrity across the team through the implementation of accurate information in line with protocols
  • Educate the team on diary management best practices, ensuring protocol & system compliance

What youll need:

  • Previous experience in diary management, particularly within the hospitality or events industry
  • Exceptional attention to detail & organisational skills
  • A commercial mindset with the ability to think strategically about diary utilisation
  • Ability to foster strong team relationships & mentor others to excel in diary management
  • Proficiency in diary management and/or booking systems, including MS Excel (required) & Salesforce (preferred).
  • Excellent verbal & written communication skills
