The Legal Operations & Compliance Manager will play a pivotal role in helping the Legal team perform at a high level. The person in this role will enhance & maintain the critical workstreams & infrastructure that enable Houzz's Legal Team to accelerate the company's continued growth & success, while also handling day-to-day tasks to support our attorneys. The role is fully remote & will report to the General Counsel.

This role involves designing, implementing, & overseeing processes, technologies, & strategies to enhance the efficiency, transparency, & overall performance of the Legal Team. You will collaborate closely with other members of the Legal Team, cross-functional stakeholders, & external vendors to drive effective legal operations. You will also use your broad understanding of in-house legal department practices & client service orientation to support the company's corporate compliance, dispute resolution, & privacy-related matters.
