We are looking for an all-star Advertising Account Manager to join our new team with huge opportunities for growth. We are looking for a person with strong sales & negotiation skills. This person will be directly responsible for managing a large book of business & identifying upsell/optimization opportunities at scale. The ideal candidate will be entrepreneurial, analytical, & have strong relationship management skills.

Responsibilities & skills: 

  • Identify upsell opportunities at scale
  • Grow revenue for large book of accounts
  • Monitor campaign performance & help clients with campaign strategy & optimization
  • Onboard new clients - Help clients understand the features & functionalities of the platform & provide optimization tips & strategies to get the best out of the platform
  • Work closely with the Product, Marketing & Support organizations to drive revenue & increase customer satisfaction
  • Troubleshoot & resolve issues in a timely manner
  • Identify opportunities to improve products & the customer experience

Requirements: 

  • 3+ years of professional client-facing experience in the digital media / online publisher space
  • Experience working with native / display advertising preferred
  • Outstanding relationship management & customer service skills
  • Exceptional English communication skills
  • SEA languages (Thai, Bahasa, Vietnamese, etc.) is a definite PLUS
  • Strong critical thinking skills
  • Ability to effectively prioritize & manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
  • Demonstrated ability to work & collaborate within a high-performing team
  • Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, & comfortable dealing with ambiguity
