What We're Looking For:

We have an immediate need for an experienced & passionate Senior Social Media Manager with a well-rounded skill set to join our rapidly growing agency team. You will be responsible for leading social content strategy & execution for a high impact, fortune 500 client with a number of high profile sponsorships. 

The successful candidate will use their strategic social media prowess to realize polished & impactful content in a timely manner, working seamlessly with various ATTN: team members, client stakeholders, & partner agencies. Experience in managing teams & multiple stakeholders across agencies & partners is necessary. This will initially be a six month contract, with the potential to extend upon agencys contract renewal with the client. There will also be a need for this person to travel consistently to oversee content capture at top tier sponsorships & events. 

Responsibilities: 

  • Partner closely with strategy team to fine tune social strategy across various platforms & channels
  • Recommend ideal rollout for new content strategies, outlining tactical game plans for an organized & methodical social strategy transition
  • Navigate the fluid nature of the brand & social platforms to tailor social strategy on an ongoing basis
  • Implement organic social strategy across brands social media portfolio, based on content & channel goals established in partnership with client.
    • Build editorial calendars for brands social channels, recommending well-informed posting cadences
    • Develop & maintain a culture & industry calendar, consisting of culturally relevant moments that may influence brands content month over month
    • Support the Asset/Community Manager in publishing approved content across brands social platforms, ensuring proofing & spec alignment before final handoff
    • Analyze performance metrics & recommend optimizations for future conte
    • Lead content briefings alongside clients   
    • Efficiently develop briefs for partner agencies & content creators in collaboration with the client team & wider ATTN: team
    • Oversee & manage partner agencies in all content development (operating as a swiss army knife strategist, project manager & producer)
  • Draft copy (in-content & post copy) for all social content
  • Partner with creative & design leads to execute bespoke content requests
  • Help develop & implement brand tone of voice & point of view across social
  • Flawlessly execute real-time amplification requests against the initiatives under your remit, including events & sponsorships
  • Lead development of campaign reporting: 
    • Capture content performance & compile into comprehensive report & translate findings into key learnings & actionable content optimization opportunities
  • Liaise with clients to address timely requests & communicate strategic & creative recommendation
  • Present content plans (strategy, concept, copy, designs) to client, & address feedback as needed
  • Partner with key client POC to ensure client is aware of project status at all times
  • Leverage ATTN: ethos & best practices across all content & deliverables

Who You Are 

  • 7+ years of creative agency, in-house, or relevant social media marketing experience
  • Experience with complex brand work, where navigating multiple levels of stakeholder approvals on a fast timeline is commonplace. 
  • Expert knowledge of the social media space, inclusive of best practices & key metrics. Familiarity with Sprinklr is a must. 
  • Experience managing influencer campaigns with a strong acumen for what makes an influencer a great fit 
  • Proficient writer for social content, solid aesthetic sense & ability to provide creative direction
  • Eagerness to test & learn while not compromising integrity or quality of content, brand voice, or social platform styles
  • Ability to make strategic judgment calls on interim project work while simultaneously supporting the build of a larger strategic vision
  • Meticulous attention to detail with a keen eye for creative best practices
  • Highly organized with a proven ability to manage several workflows at once
  • Strong problem solving skills to help find win-win solutions for the client & agency as challenges arise
  • Proven & pristine verbal & written communication skills including client email & phone etiquette
  • Ability to stand in front of a client with comfort in presenting & handling client business as a lead point of contact
  • Excited to be in a fast-paced startup environment with a fun, collaborative & energetic team
  • Experience in telecom, sponsorships or product launches a plus
