As a Marketing Creative Director, you will report to the VP of Marketing & sit on a newly formed R&D Publishing Leadership Team. You will set a clear, bold vision & actively work to define how our Game & IP comes to life for players. You will do this by establishing the creative direction for a new brand & shepherding player-centric ideas across a myriad of tactic types. A master of collaboration, you will use your skills to work across Publishing, Product, & Studio partners & stakeholders ensuring your work delivers a strong vision while upholding the central spirit of co-creation that makes our R&D title more than a game.

Responsibilities:

  • Define & consistently execute the gold standard for R&Ds Publishing creative work
  • Build & manage an internal creative department while also developing a roster of agencies and  - eventually be responsible for growth, development & performance management of your team
  • Level up the overall Creative Direction craft by providing feedback on Publishing creative work
  • Have a strategic grounding, honing your creativity to deliver what is right for product & players
  • Hold a deep understanding of our game & players, using these insights to drive our best work
  • Be a master collaborator, creating a sharp vision alongside a variety of crucial partners & stakeholders
  • Lead cross-disciplinary teams (creative direction & design, writing, & art direction), ensuring you constantly adapt to new situations & push the team & work forward in meaningful ways
  • Help partner with the Game EP & Publishing lead on developing our player journey & launch & campaign cadence strategies. 

Required Qualifications:

  • 10+ years of leading successful creative work in games marketing or creative agency
  • 10+ years proven experience directing external video agencies & partners
  • Deep gaming, entertainment, sports & culture knowledge
  • Standard-setting portfolio that demonstrates clear vision, exceptional execution, & a storytellers spirit that translates across mediums
  • Experience collaborating across multiple craft disciplines & product partners
  • Level-headed approach to change management, conflict resolution & patience through the fluctuating creative development process
  • Knowledge of, & respect for, our product & players

Desired Qualifications: 

  • Bachelor's Degree or demonstrated equivalent
  • Deep direct, hands on experience with video craft, feedback, & direction
