About the Role

The Transformation Lead will work with senior leadership to define the future of Stitch Fix by working on high impact projects that help to articulate our most impactful opportunities & the path to realizing our growth through transformation. This person will play a key role in driving forward our centralized transformation office initiatives, including our operating cadence, tracking milestones & providing timely updates to key stakeholders. This position will work closely with cross functional partners & senior leaders across marketing, algorithms, engineering, operations, product, & finance.

This role will be based at our headquarters in San Francisco, CA.

  • Partner with the strategy & cross-functional teams to support our most important transformation initiatives by defining the long-term strategic vision through to execution.
  • Serve as the lead from our transformation office initiatives, from holistic program management to implementation & updates.
  • Communicate strategic recommendations & change management initiatives & use influence to gain support from leadership & drive alignment within the organization.
  • Develop project work plans & roadmaps with cross-functional partners to support the execution & implementation of strategic recommendations.
  • Be a thought partner to key leaders as they unlock the full potential of their functions in support of the business.
  • Be a part of Stitch Fix history, as we break ground on new business models & disrupt the retail landscape.

Were excited about you because

  • You have at least 5-7 years of strategy experience, with a minimum of 3 years in strategy or consulting at a top firm. Retail or consumer tech experience is a plus, but not required.
  • You have demonstrated experience with business transformation including establishing key dashboards & metrics.
  • You are experienced at change management, including overseeing & coordinating various processes & strategic initiatives tied to transformation.
  • You have strong program management experience & are able to keep projects organized, stakeholders informed & drive accountability to key milestones & deadlines.
  • You have strong communication skills & are able to convey complex ideas in a clear, concise manner both verbally & in writing.
  • You are experienced in developing strategic roadmaps & possess a strong ability to focus on the most important & highest leverage strategic options at hand.
  • You are highly analytical & have experience translating & delivering quantitative data & qualitative insights across teams to identify problems & unlock meaningful solutions.
  • You enjoy working in a high paced environment, are highly flexible & able to thrive with ambiguity.
  • You have demonstrated experience with independently leading strategic projects & change management initiatives.
  • You take ownership, are an inventive problem solver & have a high level of accountability.
  • You are enthusiastic about the retail industry, have a passion for learning, & are motivated by challenges.
  • You are proficient in Google Workspace, including Google Docs, Slides & Sheets.

Compensation & Benefits

Our anticipated compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets, & the range below indicates the low end of the lowest-compensated market to the high end of the highest-compensated market. This position is eligible for new hire & ongoing grants of restricted stock units depending on employee & company performance.
