As a Product Specialist working in Sydney or London. youll drive advertiser success for a Strategic Channel partner by understanding the features, functionalities & benefits of the Taboola platform to help meet advertiser marketing objectives, drive campaign performance & grow revenue. The Product Specialist will work closely with Advertiser Channel Partnerships Director & Strategic Channel Partner teams by providing them with product training, technical information & sales collateral to effectively communicate the strategic partners native advertising value proposition.  They will also serve as a primary source for feedback to the Taboola Product team.  They will need to understand client needs, be able to evaluate them based on the product capabilities, & if necessary, develop custom solutions or work with Product Management to create new capabilities.   They will assist with product launch activities, such as product documentation, training materials & train the channel partner training team.

What skills & qualifications do I need?

For this role, it is essential that you have:

  • BA/BS required
  • 8+ years experience of client facing experience in the ad tech space
  • Deep understanding of the Taboola Ads UI & platform capabilities
  • Demonstrated success in the ad tech space generating significant long term client success & growth
  • A solid understanding of web technologies & the digital media revenue ecosystem, including web advertising measurements & analytics
  • Extensive work experience with data & performance based analytic analysis
  • Very strong analytical skills to collect business intelligence by monitoring/identifying trends with data
  • An individual who does well in a fast paced changing environment on time sensitive projects.
  • An independent person with a can do approach & passion for the industry
  • Impeccable written & verbal communication skills
  • Detail oriented, but able to execute efficiently & follow-through




What will I be doing on a day-to-day basis?

Responsibilities:

  • Provide consultative support & solutions for issues/questions on account strategy, features, formats, campaign optimization & supply to Strategic Channel Partner team & advertisers.
  • Develop & share best practices with Channel Strategic Partner team for pitching & activating Taboolas native advertising Technology.
  • Provide the Channel Partner Sales & Account Management teams with product training, technical information & sales collateral to effectively communicate the Taboola Native value proposition to channel clients. Deliver group as well as one-on-one trainings.
  • Train the Learning & Development Channel Partner team to roll out new product & feature requests, including product documentation, marketing collateral & objection handling
  • Build scalable programs that improve campaign performance & grow marketplace revenue.
  • Partner with Taboola Product Managers & Channel Partner Directors to plan & execute meaningful Beta programs - validating new functionality design & performance before rolling out for general availability. I.e set success criteria & parameters for evaluation, acquire design partners, draw out feedback & synthesize business feedback on product readiness.
  • Be the voice of the customer in the product planning process. Source Product enhancement requests from Advertisers, synthesize the needs & represent them in the quarterly product planning cycle.
