Sr Asset Protection Specialist - SOC Operator( schedule will be 3 days a week, 12 hour days from 6AM-6PM & 6pm-6am)

Due to growth, HelloFresh is looking to add a Sr. Asset Protection Specialist to our team within our Special Operations Center! As an Asset Protection SOC Operator, you will join forces with the Site Asset Protection Managers across the company to head up workplace safety & security initiatives for our entire US operations! You will be on the front lines of monitoring, directing, & assisting daily operations, & immerse yourself in the trenches to promote HelloFreshs vision, inspire change, raising the bar on are safety & security performance!

You will

  • Monitor cameras & alarms across multiple locations & provide feedback to frontline management teams.
  • Manage access control, video management, emergency altering, & other safety & security systems around the network.
  • Respond to & resolve emergency escalations by managing the emergency action plan, & other safety & security standards.
  • Identify In progress incidents leveraging technology, reporting & surveillance tactics.
  • Identify, escalate field escalations to the special operations center at the direction of AP leadership
  • Respond to incidents & submit appropriate documentation for all incidents following AP policy & procedures.
  • Provide service & a working experience that meets the needs of the team members & management teams
  • Demonstrate a culture of ethical conduct, safety, & compliance
  • Work with integrity & professionalism in a customer service environment
  • Manage site teams during incidents & provide escalation support to senior leaders
  • Use continuous improvement principles to identify ways to improve our processes & results
  • Effectively listen, build rapport & communicate at all levels; are confident sharing ideas & trends
  • Recognize & resolve situations that are ambiguous or challenging, focus effort on meeting or exceeding goals, & pave the way for efficiency.
  • Identify the system component that is causing the error, as well as the options available for resolving it & completing the task.

Preferred requirements:

  • Associate degree or equivalent in criminal justice or similar field
  • Must be at least 21 years of age or older
  • 2-3 years of command center (911 Center) experience, Asset Protection /Loss Prevention field experience
  • Welcoming & helpful attitude toward visitors & other team members
  • Ability to learn & adapt to current technology needs
  • Effective communication skills
  • Work both independently & working in teams
  • Proficiency in Google apps (Gmail, drive, sheets, etc.)
