The role

We are seeking a dynamic Junior Merchandising Manager (Monetisation / Add-ons) - Product Strategy to join our team. Reporting to the Senior Product Manager, you will play a crucial role in optimising our product assortment & driving new product development initiatives. Your responsibilities include analysing product performance, supporting New Product Development launches & collaborating with our editorial team to translate physical products into digital products.

You are resourceful, independent, & passionate about understanding consumer behaviour in a fast-moving, data-led decision-making environment. You'll also have the opportunity to take on project management responsibilities as you grow in the role.

What youll do

• Monitor & optimise assortment through product performance review, pricing, & promotion analysis. 
• Assist the Senior Product Manager in executing product roadmap & promotional strategies.
• Support the team in building business cases, including financials, forecast & editorial requirements, to support product development.
• Drive New Product Development launches ensuring strict timeline adherence & project deliveries to enhance portfolio performance.
• Collaborate closely with our operations team to translate product strategy into a detailed quarterly product roadmap.
• Lead fortnightly meetings to assess portfolio performance.
• Collaborate with the editorial team to ensure physical products translate well digitally for a great customer experience.
• Support the improvement of our HelloFresh & EveryPlate menus, liaising with the Customer Insights, Analytics, Operations, Menu Planning & Culinary teams
• Contribute to the company's success through innovation & fresh thinking to create products that customers love

What youll bring

• 1-2 years of experience in merchandising, and/or in product management, development or customer strategy. 
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data & make recommendations.
• Excellent communication & collaboration skills to work effectively across teams.
• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple projects & priorities effectively.
• Proactive attitude with a willingness to challenge the status quo & drive change.
• Have a roll up sleeves attitude to entering workstreams & getting them over the line 
• Proactive, ambitious, & assertive: you take ownership of your work
• Entrepreneurial & can make things happen
• Experience using HelloFresh or EveryPlate is a plus!
