Palantir's in-house legal team works to proactively address legal issues & enable the growth of our business so that Palantir can continue to drive positive impact in the world. As a Procurement Contract Specialist on the legal team, you will provide critical support to our team by owning the drafting & negotiating process of in-bound & out-bound contracts with Palantir vendors. As a Procurement Contract Specialist, you will be the primary point of contact responsible for contract authoring, redlining, negotiating, & contract closeout, delivering vendor agreements from start to finish working closely with the legal team's Procurement Counsel. You are a motivated self-starter responsible for most of the contract lifecycle, & will work closely with your various stakeholders both within the legal team & across Palantir to secure the best outcome for the company.
