WEBTOON Entertainment (WEBTOON) is seeking a versatile & hands-on IT & Security Analyst to join our team in Los Angeles. This is a unique hybrid role that serves as the primary technical contact for both IT operations & security operations for our LA office. You will be responsible for a broad range of tasks, from providing daily IT support & managing user access, to operating & monitoring security systems. A critical part of this role involves collaborating closely with our Global Security team, based in Korea, to ensure local operations align with global security policies & initiatives.
The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver, comfortable with "IT chores" & user-facing support, while also possessing a strong foundation in security principles & operations.
