As a Publisher Account Manager Korea Market on the SMB Publisher team in our Bangkok office, youll play a vital role in responsibly managing relationships with Korea publishers from the successful implementation & launch of the Taboola content discovery platform to tracking performance & providing regular strategic direction for new opportunities to improve performance.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

• 3+ years of professional client-facing experience in the digital media / online publisher space
• Outstanding relationship management & customer service skills
• Native Korean communication skills with strong English communication skills
• Experience working with native / display advertising preferred
• Strong critical thinking skills
• Ability to effectively prioritize & manage tasks within a fast-paced environment
• Demonstrated ability to work & collaborate within a high-performing team
• Self-motivated, entrepreneurial, & comfortable dealing with ambiguity
• Eye to identify upsell opportunities, articulate & present value propositions, drive successful deal closures, oversee successful product implementation, & track & report on performance outcomes

As a Publisher Account Manager for Korea Market, youll bring value by:

• Manage & grow relationships with premium publisher clients & strategic partners
• Understand the organisations business needs & develop relationships at all levels
• Monitor & analyse metrics & proactively take steps to improve results
• Be an expert in Taboolas platform & the benefits publishers gain by using it
• Fully comprehend the technology, revenue ecosystem & client needs/requirements in order to intelligently identify new opportunities & upsell the platform
• Work closely with the Publisher Sales teams as well as the remote R&D department in order to become a valuable resource & single point of contact to the client
• Communicate business intelligence from clients to the product management team in regards to new product development features
• Strategically support the Publisher Sales team in pre-sale proposal development
