HelloFresh is seeking a Senior Compensation Analyst plays an important role in shaping compensation strategies that attract the right talent & enable business success. Key responsibilities include delivering quantitative & qualitative analytics including data modelling & benchmarking, developing pay structures, formulating recommendations, conducting internal pay equity reviews, & collaborating with HR & business leaders on compensation strategies & program design that support our global pay philosophy, ensure competitiveness & legal compliance. 

You will be responsible for ...

  • Program Administration: Develop, administer, & ensure compliance of compensation programs including analytical support for executive, salaried & hourly employees for North America corporate & distribution center employees. Partner with the People Core Services team on the administration of compensation changes, equity program, annual merit/promotion cycles, & variable compensation programs
  • Market Analysis: Conduct market pricing using external surveys & internal data to benchmark against competitors & inform pay recommendations. Research & identify market trends to inform program enhancements
  • Consultation: Advise HR Business Partners, managers, & leaders on compensation matters, such as new hire offers, promotions, & policy interpretation. Foster strong partnerships with business leaders, HR business partners & peers for successful evaluation, administration, & execution of compensation programs. Act as first point of contact on general compensation requests from HRBP & recruiters. Collaborate with HR & the Total Rewards teams to make process improvements & policy changes.
  • Job Architecture: Evaluate job architecture for continued alignment to the business & marketplace. Classify jobs & assist in creating or updating job family descriptions & job levelling framework. 
  • Internal Equity: Perform internal pay equity & fairness analyses to ensure consistency across the organization. Analyze compensation programs for effectiveness, cost impact, & legal & regulatory compliance
  • Reporting & Analysis: Generate reports, conduct trend analysis, & provide data-driven recommendations to support compensation decisions. Collaborate with the team to provide systems expertise & support to HelloFresh key stakeholders with Workday. Perform error handling & diagnose Workday identify data issues, including fixing employee records. Analyze needs & make recommendations for system & process improvements

At a minimum, you have...

  • Education: a bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or Finance. 
  • Experience: 3+ years of experience in compensation, with experience in a large multinational organization & working with various employee types (salaried, hourly, etc.) 

Technical Skills:

    • Strong proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets for complex modeling, logic statements, & lookups. 
    • Familiarity with HR software, compensation management tools - Workday Advanced Compensation experience is an asset
  • Analytical Skills: Strong quantitative reasoning, problem-solving, & data analysis abilities are critical for translating complex data into actionable insights. 
  • Soft Skills: Excellent written & verbal communication, collaboration, & leadership skills are necessary for influencing & advising senior leaders & stakeholders.
