JOB DETAILS
  Bowery Valuation is seeking a Business Development Professional to help run business development and client services in the Northeast Region. Bowery is the world's first truly tech-enabled commercial appraisal firm, having spent the past 3+ years building out our revolutionary product. We are also the first ever venture capital-backed commercial appraisal firm, having raised over $19 million in funding. Powered by big data, advanced technology, and extensive expertise, Bowery is redefining the entire commercial appraisal space.


We're looking for an energetic professional who doesn't mind wearing multiple hats. Someone who is a self-starter, detail oriented, has fantastic interpersonal skills (both written and verbal), and who is motivated to grow and manage our Northeast business.



RESPONSIBILITIES



Develop, manage, and close leads with national and regional banks, private lenders, and any other institution that orders appraisals

Manage and grow our current book of business

Manage our lead flow and database using SalesForce and other internal tools

Learn our value proposition and pitch intricately to set up and run in-person meetings and phone calls

Prepare for, set up, and attend real estate and networking conferences throughout the northeast

Find creative new ways to grow and expand appraisal business with current and prospective clients, as well as the potential to develop other related revenue streams

Work closely with technology, product and SalesForce team to create efficiency in our sales process, for our appraisers, and ultimately for our clients


QUALIFICATIONS

1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or technology

Excellent interpersonal skills - both oral and written

Excellent time management and organizational skills - attention to detail

Self-starter, motivated to grow and build a business

4-year degree. Previous real estate experience is a plus
