The role
This role is based in our Paris office & offers the opportunity to lead strategic, cross-functional projects across the Nordics, France, Benelux, & young markets (Italy, Spain & Ireland).
As a Special Ops Senior Manager, you will work directly with senior management to scale operations, boost performance, & strengthen our end-to-end Supply Chain.
Collaboration is key : youll connect commercial & operational teams to bring our strategy to life. The position offers strong visibility, real impact from day one, & a fast-track for career growth in a dynamic environment.

What youll do
- Lead high-priority, cross-functional projects to standardize, scale, & improve HelloFreshs operations & end-to-end Supply Chain resilience.
- Join a top-performing Special Operations team that blends internal & external talent, serving as a fast track for high-potential careers.
- Gain hands-on experience across all key operational areas: Product Development, Menu Planning, Procurement, Production, & Logistics.
- Collaborate closely with senior stakeholders & local market leaders to drive impact & align on strategic priorities.
- Deliver data-driven insights & solutions to improve performance, solve complex problems, & build scalable capabilities across markets.
You have
- 3+ years of experience in a fast paced project based environment e.g. at a top tier management consulting firm, fast-growing start-up / scale-up or demanding role in an industry with affinity to HelloFresh.
- Experience in Operations-related topics such as warehousing, fulfillment, supply chain or procurement
- An exceptional academic record with a degree in Engineering, Business, Analytics or a related field
- Project management experience with proven ability to effectively motivate, develop & manage a diverse set of stakeholders
- Strong analytical skills with a passion for using data to innovate effective solutions to address business needs
- Excitement for working in a fast-paced start-up-like environment with a high level of ambiguity & change
- A positive attitude & passion for food!
- Occasional business trip within Europe (up to 3-4 days per month)
- Fluency in French and English
