As a BDR Manager, you will lead a team of BDRs (Outbound Business Reps) that focus on generating meetings, opportunities, & pipeline in net-new & customer accounts. You will join a team of highly motivated, energetic sales professionals that take pride in landing new customers, uncovering additional use cases within our current install base, generating pipeline, & delivering the Box message to a wide base of accounts across various industries.


  • Hire, train, & manage a team of Outbound Business Representatives

  • Develop reps for career growth within the Box Sales organization

  • Work closely with Mid-market & Enterprise Sales Management to set expectations & manage relationships with AEs & BDRs

  • Motivate Individuals & team to exceed objectives through coaching & mentorship

  • Actively use to manage sales process, & set standards for performance metrics


  • 1 year of experience managing sales professionals

  • Proven record of sales success

  • Ability to hire & train new sales representatives 

  • Experience successfully managing people to achieve performance goals

  • Excellent communication, organizational & time management skills

  • Detailed knowledge of the Box & SaaS landscape

  • Passion for cloud technologies
