The role:

As a Technical Specialist, Workday Procurement, you will play a critical role in driving the global implementation, integration, & optimization of our Guided Buying solution & integrations with internal microservices, other third party tools & pushing data to our Data Lake. You will leverage your deep technical expertise to strategically align the solution within our overall system landscape ensuring seamless functionality, directly contributing to our organization's efficiency & long-term success, while actively shaping & evolving our ways of working.

What youll do:

• Lead the technical design, development, & implementation of Workday Procurement globally, ensuring alignment with business requirements & best practices.
• Collaborate closely with business stakeholders & other technical teams to analyze complex requirements, design innovative solutions, & ensure seamless integration with existing systems.
• Drive the ongoing optimization & enhancement of Workday Procurement, proactively identifying & addressing technical challenges, managing system upgrades, & ensuring optimal performance.
• Serve as the technical expert for integrating Workday Procurement with critical enterprise systems, including our ERP, other Workday modules, CLM platform, & in-house tools, ensuring seamless data flow & functionality.
• Contribute to the development of strategic roadmaps & actively participate in defining technical objectives that align with overall business goals.
• Act as a subject matter expert for internal & external audits, providing technical guidance, overseeing risk assessments, & ensuring compliance with relevant standards & regulations.

What youll bring:

• Extensive experience configuring Workday HCM and/or FIN (or other ERPs) & a proven track record using Workday Studio.
• Demonstrated expertise in planning, leading, & executing complex technical projects, utilizing advanced project management methodologies & best practices. Independently execute on business-as-usual processes & drive change management activities to increase adherence & improve these processes.
• Proven expertise in integrating Workday Procurement with various enterprise systems, including ERPs, other Workday modules, CLM platforms, & in-house tools, ensuring seamless data flow & system interoperability.
• Demonstrated ability to provide expert-level technical support post-implementation, including troubleshooting complex integration issues, resolving system errors, & optimizing system performance.
• Experience with SQL & scripting languages (Javascript/Python) is a plus.
