We are looking for a Senior HR Business Partner to join our HRBP organization. This role will report to our VP of Human Resources.

As a Senior HR Business Partner at Similarweb, you will:

  • Partner closely with managers senior leadership to build & drive the talent strategy - including optimizing the organizational structure & design, identifying & mitigating talent risks, & driving engagement across the employee base.
  • Collaborate with Centers of Excellence to drive employee engagement, career development, & competitive compensation & benefit programs, & ensure Similarweb is an employer of choice.
  • Drive change management processes & effective communication making sure people are clear on the company direction & have a clear line of sight between their daily activities & company strategy. 
  • Support managers at all levels, ensure high quality management at all managerial levels across their respective organization
  • Utilize global tools, resources, & frameworks to develop both local & regional solutions to talent, business, & operational challenges.
  • Coach managers & leaders on strengthening their managerial & leadership capabilities.
  • Serve as an employee advocate to ensure a healthy, inclusive, & respectful work environment. 
  • Be a change agent & facilitate change management activities including program design, aligning motivation, & assessing employee & business success.
  • Hands on ownership & execution of hire-to-retire employee lifecycle processes

This is the perfect job for someone who:

  1. 5+ years of experience experience as an HRBP
  2. 5+ years of experience in at least one HR domain (Recruitment, HR generalist, etc.)
  3. Experience working with multiple HR functions preferred (including employee relations, training & development, performance management, benefits, compensation, compliance & recruiting)
  4. Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or similar relevant field
  5. Experience in fast-paced environments with a collaborative & commercial approach.
  6. Strong communication, interpersonal & coaching skills.
  7. Experience in stakeholder management.
  8. Analytical & project management skills.
  9. Ability to work autonomously & manage multiple simultaneous priorities.
