We are seeking a highly skilled & experienced Vice President of IT to oversee our enterprise applications & IT operations. The VP of IT will play a critical role in managing & optimizing our technology infrastructure to support our growing business needs. Reporting directly to the Chief Operations Officer (COO), this individual will lead a team responsible for maintaining & enhancing various systems, including ADP, Netsuite, Salesforce, Slack, Okta, & Jira, as well as experience with Saas-based applications including Google Workspace. The VP of IT will also ensure regulatory compliance with standards such as PCI, SOC2 type2, FedRamp, HIPAA, SOX, & ISO27001. Additionally, the ability to effectively manage a distributed team & workforce is essential.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic leadership & direction for all aspects of IT, including enterprise applications & IT operations.
• Oversee the management & optimization of ADP, Netsuite, Salesforce, Slack, Okta, Jira, & other critical systems, including Saas-based applications like Google Workspace.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards such as PCI, SOC2 type2, FedRamp, HIPAA, SOX, & ISO27001.
• Manage a distributed team & workforce, ensuring effective collaboration & communication.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify & implement innovative solutions to enhance operational efficiency & effectiveness.
• Develop & maintain IT policies, procedures, & standards to ensure compliance & security.
• Lead & mentor a team of IT professionals, fostering a collaborative & high-performance culture.
• Partner with key stakeholders to understand business requirements & align IT initiatives with organizational goals.
• Stay informed about industry trends & emerging technologies, providing recommendations on potential opportunities for improvement.
• Manage vendor relationships & negotiate contracts to ensure cost-effective & reliable IT services.
