Cash Application Analyst - London

Your role will be a mix of responsibilities which include but are not limited to:

• Post all deposits on a daily schedule
• Handle multiple bank account receipt processing from ACH wires & lock box.
• Process payment reconciliation to customer invoices in accordance with the remittance details.
• Reconciling deposits to bank transactions.
• Ensuring proper record-keeping for all supporting back-up & details.
• Addressing payment issues like short payments, duplicate payments,
• Resolving open items in an accurate & timely manner & tracking status.
• Consistently resolve all unapplied cash
• Assist collectors with cash application issue resolution.
• Secure all audit request documentation
• Process monthly write-offs & adjustments

Required Skills And/Or Experience

• 1-2 years relevant work experience
• Strong computer skills & knowledge of NetSuite
• Intermediate to advanced Excel skills (i.e., pivot tables, macros) a plus
• Strong analytical & problem-solving skills
• Ability to handle high volume transactions
• Ability to think strategically & support business objectives
• Effective in both internal & external communications

Required Education And/Or Credentials

• Associates degree in business, finance, accounting, or equivalent combination of education & experience
• NetSuite system experience is a plus
• SalesForce experience is a plus
