We are seeking an innovative & forward thinking Manager FP&A, Meal Kits to join HelloFreshs Finance team.  In this role, you will be managing the P&L of our meal kit business as well as lead a team of high performing individuals to support the business with the data it needs to be successful in the long term. 

Lettuce share what this role will be responsible for

  • Manage the P&L of our meal kit business from revenue & marketing to operations, collaborate with department heads to develop financial targets, review variances & performance, & provide insights to support decision-making
  • Work with senior management to maintain the quarterly budgeting process including coordination of budget inputs & providing accurate & timely business projections. Manage the process from end to end.
  • Be comfortable explaining variances to senior management, in month end close between budget & actuals as well as between budgeting cycles
  • Ensure that weekly management reporting matches accounting actuals by closely supporting all stakeholders involved in the process
  • Perform evaluations of projects, programs, or investments by assessing their potential costs & benefits. Analyze financial data, market expectations, & other relevant information to quantify the anticipated returns & assess financial impacts of proposed initiatives.
  • Lead a team of 3 high performing financial analysts to support you in fulfilling FP&As OKRs
  • All other duties, as assigned 

Sound a-peeling? Here's what we're looking for

  • A post-secondary degree or diploma in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field, or the equivalent of 8+ years of experience
  • A secondary degree such as a masters degree, MBA, CPA, CMA or CFA is preferred
  • Experience in direct to consumer, in the tech industry or manufacturing industry desired
  • Excellent data analysis skills, preferably experience with Adaptive 
  • First people management experience preferred
  • Strong project management with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously & strong attention to detail
  • Strong communication skills, with ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders across all levels & functions
  • Proven ability to work cross-functional, fast-paced environment
