The role
As a Director of Marketing you will lead our Virality Commercial team, which owns the Referral program used by the entire HelloFresh Group to fuel our growth engine with new customers & incremental revenue through referrals.
In this crucial role, you will act as a single-threaded leader, overseeing this essential aspect of our business. Your mission is to create & promote the most appealing program for our customers & their networks, delivering the highest RoI & ensuring maximum adoption by our customers.As a leader, you will manage a team of audience managers responsible for defining a vision with ambitious goals. This vision will be translated into a data-driven roadmap & high-paced execution. Your role is an integral part of the Hybrid Referrals team, working alongside tech & analytics teams with shared goals & a common roadmap.You will closely collaborate with our senior commercial leadership to gather & disseminate new insights & findings, highlighting the impact of Referrals on HelloFresh Group's top & bottom-line results. This strategic leadership role will have a significant impact across all 18 HelloFresh markets.
What youll do
- Articulate a long-term vision for our Referral program platform & customer touchpoints, building upon the overall group strategy
- Deeply understand our customers, our business model, & how our Referral program motivates customers to subscribe to our services & stay engaged
- Scope & develop data driven marketing solutions in order to achieve ambitious business objectives
- Ownership & development of robust A/B testing strategies across HelloFresh Group brands
What youll bring
- Proven track record in driving marketing growth at scale with concrete, consistent results
- Excellent business acumen & proven ability to work with senior commercial stakeholders
- Outstanding written & oral communication that can break down complex concepts & adapt communication to different audiences
- A strong data sense for interpreting trends & translating them into insights for data-driven decision-making
- Experience in leading Growth Marketing teams to define a long-term roadmap & delivering ongoing optimization
