ROLE
How youll contribute
- Work with teammates in product, marketing, engineering, & analytics to craft impactful experiences through new features & enhancements.
- Define & shape features, starting from early ideas & sketches, progressing to interactive prototypes, high-fidelity designs, & final implementation.
- Leverage customer insights to drive decisions aimed at enhancing our product experience & amplifying user engagement.
- Conduct qualitative & quantitative research to understand our customers, & competitor analysis to understand our landscape.
- Elevate the design culture at Superhuman by pursuing remarkable quality in your design craft & producing consistent, high-quality work.
How youll collaborate
- Partner with product managers to set the vision for your team & build a roadmap of projects that improve our company objectives & metrics.
- Engage with Product, Marketing, & Brand stakeholders, effectively communicating design updates to leadership for feedback & approval.
- Advise product & engineering teammates through a deep understanding of design & interaction patterns, staying abreast of emerging trends & best practices.
- Work closely with engineering, product, & marketing to improve processes & deliver top-tier features.

- Experience: 3-5+ years relevant working experience in product design roles.
- Expertise: You have demonstrated mastery of product design, encompassing prototyping, visual & interaction design, typography, layout, & visual hierarchy.
- Curiosity: You love exploring new ideas & solutions across technology & user-centric design. You are a perpetual learner, constantly seeking out new insights & industry trends to add to your repertoire of ideas & solutions. You are exceptionally curious about technology, design, product, & people.
- AI Enthusiast: You believe AI will revolutionize both how we work & the experiences we create for our customers. Driven by passion & curiosity, you embrace AI to up-level your team's productivity & impact, creating delight, delivering exceptional quality, & embracing the extraordinary in everything you do.
- Learning: You thrive in ambiguity & are excited by the opportunity to validate hypotheses & drive clarity through experimenting & learning from assumptions.

- Location: We're open to you joining us in our San Francisco office, or from a home office anywhere in North America/South America.
SALARY INFO
Our starting salaries for this role range from $114,000-$141,000. The salary range does not reflect total compensation, which includes base salary, benefits, & company stock options.
For team members outside of the US we employ & pay through an Employer of Record (EOR). We take a location-based pay approach & compensation for this role is dependent on several factors such as location, work experience, job-related skills, business needs, & market demands.
